Niche recruitment agency, Three60 Recruitment, needed to create a memorable and slick user experience on their website. We worked closely with the team to develop a website which reflected their personality and professionalism. With extensive experience of working in the recruitment sector, we could advise the client on message hierarchy and optimising the candidate journey.

We created an overarching brand then bolstered this with a colour palette to demonstrate the various sub-brands, to show the distinctive specialists teams within the agency. Additionally, digital and social media communications were implemented to drive awareness around their campaign to attract Graduates and Junior Sales people, repositioning and enhancing their service offering.


As a relatively new company we hadn’t been through a re-brand before but were really glad we asked PLOTT to help us. The results were a clean, crisp version of what we had had before and our new site has prompted lots of positive comments about how the brand is now perceived in our marketplace. The team at PLOTT listened but also got us thinking about what we wanted and challenged the norm.
