Website Internal Communications Employer Brand

Manufacturing giant, Sertec – lead suppliers to Jaguar Land Rover, recently acquired WILD Engineering and approached PLOTT to help them develop their internal communications strategy and employer brand.

With 7 different sites, including four in the UK, Germany, Hungry and China, our challenge was to communicate the Groups values and mission consistently across the regions and promote cultural alignment. We needed to develop an effective employee communications plan that would act as a powerful engagement tool to help retention. The initial suite of stylish, impactful newsletters translated into 3 languages have been a huge success and key motivator to encourage teams to share their internal stories.

The new look magazine and website has gone down really well with the board and the teams, now we have a set style we really look forward to this forming part of our employer brand and internal communications.
