Website Internal Communications Employer Brand

Manufacturing giant, Sertec – lead suppliers to Jaguar Land Rover, recently acquired WILD Engineering and approached PLOTT to help them develop their internal communications strategy and employer brand.

With 7 different sites, including four in the UK, Germany, Hungry and China, our challenge was to communicate the Groups values and mission consistently across the regions and promote cultural alignment. We needed to develop an effective employee communications plan that would act as a powerful engagement tool to help retention. The initial suite of stylish, impactful newsletters translated into 3 languages have been a huge success and key motivator to encourage teams to share their internal stories.

Our challenge was two-fold, we needed to communicate across all levels of staff in 4 countries, as well as continuing to attract new talent to the business. We started working with PLOTT to overhaul our internal communications, we then went onto updating our website and overall our employer brand. We work with the PLOTT team ongoing and enjoy having the creative support as and when we need it.
