With a clear target market of mostly female professionals, this London based legal recruitment agency had repositioned their service offering and wanted a website to appeal to Senior Professional PA’s and support staff.

We started off with the basics, talking to the people at the centre of the business to find out what made them tick and it was all about their dedicated and sassy female led team who have first hand experience of working in the roles they were recruiting for. They weren’t afraid to take a few risks, which paid off creatively as we were able to pull together a fresh, vibrant brand which cut through much of the ‘mediocre’ London recruitment market.

A new corporate identity, brand and photography was born resulting in a thrilled client and most importantly excellent candidate feedback.

We started to redesign our website and hit a wall so we asked ourselves; What did we need on it? How did we want people to see us? We invited PLOTT to come and talk to us as they are experts in recruitment agency branding and we quickly realised this is what we needed, a brand to call our own!  They took the time to come into our London HQ, talk to the staff and really try to pin down what we do differently and they found it.
