Well, this one was tough … we always like to get under the skin of every new client and this was no exception. We needed to experience the product range and intimate, exclusive environment at Le Rêve first hand. So with a full blown ‘Cocktail Masterclass’ and team night out under our belts, we really started to understand the essence of what Shaun had successfully created over the last three years. #DreamJob

The brand was completely refreshed, from corporate identity, key messaging, content creation to photography, all with their business objectives front of mind; expansion of bars, increased footfall and attracting the best mixologists in the business. We needed to position Le Rêve as an exclusive, sophisticated bar to attract the right clientele and it was key that the brand appealed to the target market. We had to pay the same attention to detail to developing their brand as they did to making their cocktails. The result is a modern, image lead brand and website that has helped position Le Rêve as a key player in the competitive, cocktail arena.


After 3 years very successful years, we decided a rebrand was in order to keep things fresh, and develop the brand to reflect what we’d become. We met with 3 marketing companies, all very different, but PLOTT were the only company who came highly recommended. After our first initial visit from PLOTT, myself and our manager were very impressed with not only their enthusiasm and positive vibes but also their knowledge.
