Clements Keys are the largest independent firm of Chartered Accountants in the West Midlands. They have been around for over 125 years but recognised they had lost sight of who they were and what they stood for. We were tasked with getting to the heart of their brand, and did this through a series of branding workshops with all the partners to redefine who they are. This gave all the key stakeholders the chance to input what they felt was important, then we steered them creatively to help define their brand and visualise how this would look. We produced a stunning suite of photography combined with powerful customer quotes which has really bought the Clement Keys brand back to life. It was a mammoth challenge but with a touch of blood, sweat and tears we did it and it is something we are super proud to have in our portfolio.

Clement Keys realised their brand visibility in the Greater Midlands was on the decline, not only were smaller firms raising their profile but also the big 4 (KMPG, Deloitte, Ernst & Young and PWC) were establishing regional offices and going after their core SME client base.

Working alongside chosen agency, PLOTT Creative, we worked with the Partner team to define the company’s strengths, weaknesses and clearly identify their core offering. This led to the production of a new set of brand guidelines and visual identity which is now in the process of being rolled out. PLOTT helped manage the brand creative process, including photography, and have been an invaluable resource in helping to achieve all the business objectives set out by Clement Keys.
