National recruiter, Boden Resources, have exciting growth plans and needed a brand to match! In a competitive market of facilities management recruitment, they needed an identity to provide an instant memory point and give them competitive edge whilst clearly promoting the specialist services they have on offer.

Working with the leadership team, we needed to build a brand that that would engage with their audience and enable them to stand out quickly. Our challenge was to clearly and succinctly demonstrate their business services, ensuring that existing and prospective clients grasped key messaging.

A detailed sales brochure in both print and digital formats was the initial result of the branding exercise, soon to be followed up by other marketing communications – watch this space!

We chose to work with a design agency who had the sector experience knowing this would help with the process and I was right! We needed a brochure to present to customers and provide to to team as a sales tool, the main objective was to show our clients what else we could offer. PLOTT worked with us to understand what we wanted to achieve, what we wanted to say and how we would use the brochure. They developed a brand for us initially which we love; “One Choice for FM Recruitment” this formed the basis of the brochure and we’ll now look to roll it out across our website and other communications.
