BCR are a Midlands based, Director lead recruitment agency with an ethos we greatly advocate, ‘Love Work, Be Happy.’ The Recruitment sector is full of tired clichés, glib statements and stock photography branding so we wanted to create something memorable and high impact to set them apart of their many competitors.  We took their ‘Love Work, Be Happy’ tagline and created an entire brand around the theme with bold iconography and simple, clear messages to work across their vertical markets. We have created a full suite of communication materials and a stand alone web app for candidates.  We really feel that we captured the essence of what makes BCR a great recruitment agency.


When we embarked on a rebranding exercise a few years ago we instructed 4 marketing agencies to come and pitch to us.  We were nearing the end of our tether after 3 companies had been in trying to sell the same old clichés with dreary strap lines, and most irritatingly, asking us what we thought it should look like!

Then PLOTT Creative came in – armed with a mocked up brochure, a full marketing campaign idea and a design concept that hit the spot. They had taken the time to research our company and our ethos. They understood what we were trying to achieve with ‘Love Work, Be Happy’. They had already come up with 70% of the imagery that we now use and they have since continued to support us with additional marketing collateral, design support, e-marketing and web apps. Always ‘on brand’ and ‘on message’.
